🌊 Greetings, I'm Captain Casey, a native son of Sarasota, and my connection with the sea runs deep. I've practically grown up on boats since the tender age of 5 days old, navigating the waters that surround our picturesque home.
⚓️ Sarasota is not just a location for me; it's a part of who I am. From my early days at Sarasota High School to the countless hours spent exploring the Gulf, every wave and breeze feels like a familiar friend. The pristine shores of Siesta Key Beach, with its powdery sand and azure waters, hold a special place in my heart.
🚤 In 2015, I decided to turn my lifelong love for the sea into a profession, earning my stripes as a certified USCG approved Captain. Sarasota Saltwater Adventures was born, a reflection of the joy I find in sharing the wonders of our local waters.
🎣 Fishing isn't just a pastime; it's a tradition passed down through generations. I'm on a mission to teach others about the art of angling and to impart the wisdom gained from a lifetime spent on these waters. It's not just about the catch; it's about fostering a deep appreciation for Sarasota's unique marine ecosystem.
🏖️ Amid Sarasota's beauty, my joy is family. With my wife, loyal dog Moose, and little boy Finn (named for my love of fishing), we create laughter-filled memories on the boat.
